This is something we are just starting now, so do me a favor and DO NOT ASK ME WHERE THE OTHER EPISODE COMMENTS ARE. OK, now that we have that out of the way. I am kind of happy and kind of sad about this episode. Sad because it is the last “Short Sale Radio” show we will ever do. Happy because we are growing up and getting bigger.Â
One of the highlights of this episode for me was discussing the Ohio law decisions that we believe will start to effect the whole foreclosure industry VERY soon. It is amazing how something gets started. Just goes to show you, with a bit of persistence and the truth on your side, just how far you can go!
