It started for me on December 3rd, 2007. In the middle of taping Episode 17, these fateful words were spoken…

“Let’s assume you are here for the same purpose we are… making money. Let’s look ourselves in the mirror and be very Proud of that fact. We’re not Pablum Puking people worrying about what the homeowner is thinking…” – Barry Cunningham

That was it. A phrase that suddenly cleared the fog. A phrase that put a definition to all of “those” people I had despised since childhood. It was a defining and life altering moment.

Have you ever had one of those times when someone says something and it just “clicks” for you. For instance, “Son, don’t put your hand in the fire, you will be hurt” or maybe “Sixteen is actually the legal age of consent in Tennessee…” Well, this was one of those moments for me. I did not exactly know the true definition yet, but somehow it just “clicked”.

The term Pablum Puking is defined by Answers.com below:

” The phrase ‘pablum puking’, when used in political speech, is used to describe one who seems to lack the ability to digest simple logic or common sense.”

There it was. In all of it’s Glory and Marvel. A term that eluded me for so very long. The very definition of those that you converse with, and end the conversation by wanting to jump out of the window of a tall building. The kind of conversation when you have to actually ask yourself, “I am right about that aren’t I? I am not a complete moron am I? Do I not get it?”. Beware those that make you question your own sanity… Beware the Pablum Puker.

No_pablum_puker2_2  Govern yourselves accordingly. I have adopted this as my War Cry, my rally to all things right and good and true. You will start to see a prevailing theme on Real Estate Radio about these vermin and how they are destroying not only a society, but the minds of Republicans everywhere.

As best I can determine, the first use of the phrase “pablum puker” came from TV talk show host Morton Downey Junior in the mid to late 80s. It was used on nearly every episode when he would get mad a liberals. They were “pablum pukers” to him.
