Real Estate Radio USA Episode 32

 Barry Johnson…

Welcome to 2008 EVERYONE!!!! Hope you all had a great break and ready to “hit the ground running” in your business for the New Year. Barry C and I had a great holiday and spent most of it getting this site up and ready for you guys. Aren’t we so NICE to you all???

Today we got back into the groove of things with our daily dose of news that you can read below. We actually talked to Barbara Newcomb (from the first article below) on the show and she shared her REO insights with us. She is a very nice lady and has her act together. If you are around Maryland, look her up!

Today’s “Closing Table” segment was about the sightings of purple cows (last article below). Barry C actually wrote a post about it that can be found here. We are going to be spending alot of time on this topic and is worthwhile to get caught up on.

Also, we introduced the new show that is going to be coming out this coming Tuesday. It will be called the “Training Room” and will be a 2 hour broadcast about a topic we will be talking and teaching about that will further your real estate careers. The regular night will be Monday’s, but next Monday is the BCS Championship game, so you do the math…

Barry Cunningham

It was extremely nice and informative to speak with a professional agent like Barbara Newcomb. I know that there are some really great agents out there and Ms. Newcomb really has her act together and was a wealth of information. If you would like to get in touch with her, here is a link to her website.

About Barry Johnson

Barry Johnson is a Co-Editor and writer for iNews. He takes a "no holds barred" writing approach to all of the subjects he covers. Opinionated, and with a well established sense of right and wrong, you can always count on him to tell it like it is. He gets his core values from growing up in the South, where God and Country are the prevailing themes. You may not like what he has to say, but know that he believes in it to his very core. As an editor, he will stand by each writer in their decision to take on controversial subjects and allow them to tell the story in their own unique ways.
