		<description>Your right, at this market you have control do&#039;nt be afraid to make low offers. The worst answer you&#039;ll get is a no. then you keep going to the next deal.
I just put an offer on a property that te realtor was marketing 8 months ago for 625K then the realtor reduced to 499K we put an offer for 320K they countered at 365k we are going to hold at 320k we are pretty sure they&#039;ll acept our offer. My client is willing to go up to 350K but I told him to hold on for cuple days. I&#039;ll let you know if they acept our offer.</description>
