Happy Monday everyone and hope you are starting your week off right. We started off the show prognosticating about the Big Game tonight. Let’s see, here are the predictions:

Barry Cunningham – LSU by 12 points

Barry Johnson – LSU by 8 points

Lindsay the Producer – OSU by 10 point… LOL

Anyway, we talked mostly about the HUGE misconceptions that real estate agents have about thier business. One main thing to remember is, your business is not always at the tops of its game and there are BAD markets for homebuyers. Why would I believe the weatherman that tells me it is always sunny outside when I know it will rain sooner or later? I WOULD NOT BELIEVE THEM! Then why in the world would I believe a realtor that tells me it always a GREAT time to buy a house regardless of all the economic factors that I know about? Well, you do not have to answer right now, think about it and get back to me.

Also we talked about the interview between Charles McMillian (the President-Elect buggywhipper) and Jim Cramer from Mad Money on MSNBC. Talk about Charles showing up to a gunfight with a stick, man was that guy unprepared. Take a look at Barry C’s BLOG POST to check it out.
