This was a true Friday edition of Real Estate Radio USA. We played today pretty loose and fast. We started off with a bit of news, trying to figure out what these cities are thinking by suing all the banks. That is sort of like the recording industry suing the people that listen to their music. What happens when the banks decide to quit lending to people in your city? Good luck with that…

We primarily talked about Barry C’s recent blog post. We really wanted to make a turn in talking about agents/Realtors from now. I think at this point we all know that there are some serious problems that need to be dealt with, immediately. So why is everyone still just sitting around? Someone needs to find out before it is too late!
