Real Estate Radio USA Episode 46
Barry Johnson…
We had some technical difficulties at the beginning of today’s show and got a late start. We opened with the CNNMoney.com story about a Merrill Lynch report that was released today.  Let’s just say that their report predicted quite a different forecast for housing prices than Lawrence Yun over at the NAR predicted. Listen to this episode to find out more.
The main story today was about Barry C’s post, “What’s In and What’s Out for 2008″. Particularly interesting was the video from Inman News. It is quite long, but worth the watch. We got through what was “In” for 2008 and will cover what is “Out” on tomorrow’s show.
Here are the links to the stories we talked about today:
- Lawrence Yun sees strong market
- Housing prices to free fall in 2008
- US lenders cut deals to avoid foreclosure crisis
