Barry Johnson…

Today in the news the Fed is talking about how they are going to save the planet. Well, not really but they are going to try to help the economy. Several major economists are starting to forecast how low they think the Fed will drop rates. Listen to this episode to hear all about it.

Barry C and I talked about the state of real estate sales as we see it today. As we get more into 2008, we are going to start speaking more about traditional sales techniques and how to apply them to real estate. Sometimes people have told us that we have very strong opinions about what we feel real estate agents are doing wrong, then they ask us how to fix it. Well, you will start to see this as an ongoing trend in what we talk about on the show and in articles on the blog.

Today we featured a series of stories that dealt with the National Association of Realtors and their never-ending parade of erroneous information. Expect to see a blog post from Barry C about the information we uncovered today regarding the sources used to create the latest NAR ad campaign. We continued with other news stories and with Larry Yun’s remarks showing how he flip flops depending on the audience and day he speaks.

We closed today with the best cities for couples according to Forbes. Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!

Here are links to the stories we talked about today:
