Well, he cannot seem to open his mouth without putting a foot in it, but he continues to speak anyway. Lawrence Yun, chief economist for the NAR, finally admits in his blog that he was wrong. Well he does not go that far, just saying that, like other economists, he has “been off” on his housing forecasts. Talk about the understatement of the year. We closed the show with a much needed Redemption Period. As I state on the show, we need to bring this segment back more often.
