Barry Johnson…
Today on the show we talked with Pat Kitano from Transparentre.com and talked about what is going on with blog networks. We also had a chance to talk about a number of news article including news from Beb Bernake from the Fed. That an we read a NAR study that tells us 22% of homebuyers are now single women.
In the news today Ben Bernake announced that he would not support the Democratic foreclosure bill in its current form. He did not have to go far to find friends in that regard as the entire Republican Party blocked the bill in the Senate today. In other news the dollar hit an all time low to the Euro, which is actually good news if you are currently courting European buyers for your properties. If you are not, then you should learn a foreign language QUICK.
We had the opportunity to speak with Pat Kitano from http://www.transparentre.com/ about a number of things concerning the real estate industry as a whole, especially blogging. The interview was full of interesting observations and predictions about the future of real estate blogging. One of the main topics of conversation was blogging networks. Pat is involved in creating quite a few of these with a wide range of topics. The jaw dropping part, Pat will be launching one every 7-10 days. How is that for initiative?
