Throughout today’s show we talked about today’s blog post from Barry C titled, “10 Ways To Increase Your Sales By 50-60%..Even 70% or more! Immediately”. He went through 10 tried and true methods that professional business people, not just real estate professionals, have been using for years. You know, those little “tips” like answer you phone, plan your day, and having even the most basic answers your CONSUMERS might have questions about. I know all of this is alot to ask, but how about giving it a try?
Our first guest on the show today is a fixture in the real estate blogosphere, Jim Cronin from Real Estate Tomato. Jim’s background is marketing and real estate marketing to be more specific. He has the necessary pedigree, so you should most definitely listen when he talked blogging. We covered the basic on blogging an interesting conversation about how Jim looks at leads. I found his entire interview to be informative and well worth the listen.
We were also joined by our regular guest Mary McKnight from RSSPieces.com. As all of our regular listeners know we LOVE having Mary on the show and she is great to interview. Hard to find someone that smart and witty at the same time. She is the authority we go to whenever we have a real estate blogging question. This discussion with Mary is no different than our previous with her…. absolutely insightful. Make sure to bring your notepad and pencil before listening to her, you are going to want to take notes.
