We started the show with the shocking story regarding the purchase of Bear Stearns by JPMorgan Chase over the weekend. Broker Bryant joined us on the program today to discuss the never-ending question regarding the justification of commission. The discussion was spirited and even Lindsay the Producer, soon to be Agent Rockstar, had a few questions. Steve explains what sets his product apart from the rest and how it can be integrated into a website to provide a complete real estate marketing solution for agents and brokers. Barry C and I had a chance to “test drive” his product and I must tell you, we walked away impressed by the ease of use and its functionality.
