On today’s show we talked about the continuing dialogue with Broker Bryant regarding his interview this week, an interview with Sami Inkinen, the co-founder and COO of Trulia.com, Barry C becomes a Bloodhound, and various musings and real estate news from throughout the real estate blogosphere.

We started the show today talking about the recent addition of Barry C to the dog pound over at Bloodhound Blog. I know he will represent the program well and fit right in over there with all of those incredible bloggers.

We took a few minutes on the program to catch up with the Broker Bryant saga. Barry C posted a reply to Bryant’s latest post and answered all outstanding questions. I am not sure if he and his supporters are glutton for punishment, or just don’t get it, but I am sure this is not the end of the conversation.

We also spent a few minutes with Cynthia Moler, one of our favorite Realtors from Maryland. If you have not been following this story, Cynthia is the person who set up www.sanmarraffle.com. No, not the website, the whole promotion. This inaugural event to raise money for San Mar Children’s Home was an overwhelming success due to Cynthia’s hard work and dedication to her profession, she is to be congratulated. Keep up the great work Cynthia.

Our featured interview today was with the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Trulia.com, Sami Inkinen. Sami talked about a number of topics ranging from the latest deal that he orchestrated with Prudential, the long term plans for Trulia, and his meager beginnings as a nuclear physicist. With no prior real estate experience, the founders have made Trulia one of the top real estate websites in the world with a growth in visitors of over 300% in 2007 alone. When a website has over 4 million visits a month, you must take notice.

We closed the show with other real estate news from Zillow. It seems that they have signed a deal with a MLS in New England to syndicate their listings. Remember yesterday’s show and Barry C’s post? Doesn’t look like this is going away does it?
