Our first guest of the day was Randy Standard from VoicePad.com. Randy spoke to us about using mobile technology to market real estate. He has spent the last 3 years perfecting his products. The best thing about this technology is that he utilizes voice so it is widely available and user friendly. In essence, there is not a single reason you cannot begin using this right now with no additional training.
Our next guest was none other than “America’s #1 Mortgage Broker”, Brian Brady. Brian spoke with us todayabout the recent happenings on Wall Street and told us what we might expect from them in the days to come. Brian also discussed with us what has been coined “The Dollarization Discipline”. His explanation ran into Barry C’s inaugural post over at Bloodhound Blog, “Would you Hire Yourself?”.
