We started the show today with Barry C’s first ever post at Bloodhound Blog, “Would You Hire Yourself?”. The post asks a series of questions that attempts to get agents to “look at themselves in the mirror” and take an accurate appraisal of their qualifications. We discuss them in detail.
 Our featured news story of the day was from Cape Coral in Southwest Florida. It seems that an investor bought a group of properties and then had a “2 for 1″ sale. We spoke to the real estate broker, Denny Grimes, that is handling the properties. Denny is a sharp broker so we are going to keep an eye on what he has coming up.
On the last part of today’s episode, we had a chance to catch up with Tom Ferry from YourCoach.com. Tom talked with us today about the three qualities that all real estate “Mega Producers” have in common. He outlined three core business concepts that can put you on the path to success like the other superstars that he personally coaches.
