On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news, from the drastic drop in home prices that correlates directly to the influx of investors again, to the sharp decline in the number of agents in the profession. We also talked with Louis Cammarosano from HomeGain on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show today with the latest in real estate news including a story from California that discusses the number of Realtors that are leaving, or have left the real estate professions. This lead naturally into Barry C’s post over at Bloodhound titled, “Isn’t This All Getting More Than A Bit Tiresome?“. We go into the blog post in-depth including the future job prospects for some real estate agents.
Today we interviewed Louis Cammarosano from HomeGain. We talked with Louis about a range of topics including lead generation and its many misconceptions, how his company differentiates itself from the pack, the controversy started by HomeGain’s blog, and the company mascot, Max.
We closed the show today discussing another interesting real estate news story. This one, also from California, discussed the fact that now that prices have fallen over 60% in some areas, real estate agents are utterly amazed that buyers are actually BUYING property. Listen to Barry C’s take on this alarming phenomenon.
