On today’s show we cover the pending housing legislation, the newest blog post from Greg Swann over at Bloodhound Blog, where to find buyers if you really want to sell real estate, and finally we were joined by ActiveRain Video Contest Award Winner, Mike Lefebvre on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
Today’s show started in much the same way yesterday’s show ended, with a Twitter talk. It seems Twitter Mania is sweeping the offices here at Real Estate Radio USA, and I just don’t get it. Thankfully, in the second segment we started with the news in real estate and talked about how the market is increasingly being taken over by investor buyers and those looking for foreclosure deals. The other news story we talked about had to do with the new Housing Plan being pushed by the Bush Administration.
We talked about two separate blog posts today. The first was a short, but sweet post by Greg Swann at Bloodhound Blog. Greg sees the writing on the wall and relays the message in true “Swann Style”â„¢. The second post was by our own Barry C where he does the unthinkable and actually tells everyone “I’m Starting To Feel Sorry For Lawrence Yun.”
We were joined in a interview today by the winner of ActiveRain‘s video contest, Mike Lefebvre. Mike’s video, “Steak Out in Franklin, MA” was original, informative, and most importantly, entertaining. He is a well deserving winner of the competition and we wish him well when he claims his prize by spending a day with Seth Godin in New York.
