On today’s show we had the pleasure of speaking to our friend Pat Kitano from TransparentRE and Jeffery Fox, bestselling business author and creator of the Dollarization Discipline. In addition to our interviews, we discussed the latest blog post so it was a busy day on Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show discussing Barry C’s latest post titled, “The Anatomy Of A Realtor-Less Transaction“.

Our first interview of the day was with TransparentRE‘s own Pat Kitano. We always love having Pat on the show due to his unique business background. We discussed topics such as changing the real estate industry’s hard sell ethos, his Twitter experiences, and his part and appearance at RETech South.

Our final interview of the day was with non other than the Dollarization Discipline author himself, Jeffery Fox. Jeffery explained to us the idea and motivation behind Dollarization and how it applies directly to real estate sales. He went through a number of scenarios that should be required listening to any real estate professional. This is one of those “can’t miss” interviews and we were happy that Jeffery Fox spent so much time with us today.
