Real Estate Radio USA Episode 98

On this show we talked about the latest in real estate news including the latest from our friend at the NAR, Lawrence Yun, and a recent poll about the market from USA Today. We also interviewed Lori LaBey who has quite a niche in the real estate market with Senior Lifestyle Trends on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show descibing  how the weekend went for us and how Barry C has been dealing with the fallout of last week’s blog posts. Moving on, our first story of the day came from none other than the NAR‘s own Lawrence Yun who talked about how the great State of South Carolina is steady and a great place to buy. Too bad no-one told the people in the great State of South Carolina.

Our interview today was with a fantastic real estate agent who not only found her niche in the real estate market, but she is thriving in it. Lori LaBey from Senior Lifestyle Trends joined us on the show today to talk about how to work with the senior market and what are some of her keys to success.

We closed the show today with Barry C latest blog post titled, “It’s 10:00AM; Do You Know Where Your Realtor Is?“. We talked about how, in this down real estate market, how some agents are taking other jobs. Some are even taking full time jobs, but there is usually no disclosure to the clients that selling real estate is not their first priority. Check out Barry C’s post and leave a comment on what you think.
