On today’s show we covered the update on the ActiveRain Top Real Estate Blogs, Barry C’s new blog postthat covers the principles of supply and demand, and more real estate news on where to find your buyers. Our interview today was with Brian Boero from 1000Watt Consulting. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
We kicked off the show today with a much needed update from the guys over at ActiveRain and their Top Real Estate Blogs list. Much to our pleasure, you can now find Real Estate Radio USA prominently displayed in position number 25, with a bullet! We moved right into our first story which happened to be a blog post written by Barry C titled “If 90% of the Buyers Go Away Will 90% Of Realtors Go Away As Well?“. It was based in part on this news story and then went on to explain the basics of supply versus demand.
Our interview today was with Brian Botero from 1000 Watt Consulting. We covered lots of ground with Brain including the false perception that technology is easy, how to use social networking to your sales advantage, and the perceived lack of dignity in the way some real estate foreclosure bus tours are conducted.
We closed the show with more interesting real estate news out of California including this story that declares that the bargain hunters are all over the place. This is not a California phenomenon, the buyers are out there and we tell you where to find them and entice them. All you have to do is listen to this episode.
