Stephen, I know Baltimore well and millions more watched the Wire on hBO…seems that Baltimore has a lot of opportunity.

There are some good places to prospect in Maryland for real estate.

Johns Hopkins University is currently developing a huge biotech campus in east Baltimore. This area is in the heart of the ghetto and many speculators believe this will completely transform the area.

BRAC jobs are moving into Aberdeen Maryland. They expect an influx of 5,000+ jobs (civilian and military) to come in. Currently this area of Maryland does not have the housing infrastructure for this base realignment.

Frederick Maryland is the fastest growing city in Maryland and it is equidistant between DC and Baltimore. I expect housing prices to jump here over the next three to five years.
