We had a full show today starting out with a recent Barry C blog post titled, “Is The Short Sale Dead?“. We had a couple of interviews including Terri Lussier from The Brick Ranch and Matthew Gosselin from My Blue Goose all on this episode if Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with Barry C’s blog post, “Is The Short Sale Dead?“. With the predominance of REO’s flooding the market and the attitudes of several banks, we discussed the question in detail on this episode.

Our first interview of the day was with Terri Lussier from The Brick Ranch. She is also a fellow Bloodhound contributor as well. We talked with Terri about the difference in blogging to consumers as opposed to other Realtors, how women are using WEB 2.0 differently than their male counterparts, and how she uses social media to enhance her business.

We were also joined on the program today with author Matthew Gosselin. We discussed Matthew’s recent book, My Blue Goose, Exploiting The Wow Factor In Real Estate Marketing. In addition to his book, Matthew shared with us some tips on how to be unique in your real estate endeavors and discussed some of the traps and pitfalls facing many real estate professionals in today’s market.
