On today’s show we talked real estate statistics and polls with Sean Purcell from A Life That Pops. Also on the program we talked in depth about transaction management with Transaction Management Consultants’ Michelle Spalding. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show talking about statistics with our friend and Barry C’s sparring partner, Sean Purcell. Sean brings his Ivy League education to the discussion regarding what numbers you can actually believe. He and Barry C have a spirited discussion about what data should be used in posts and how it should be presented. We hope to see much more from Sean at Unchained.

In between guests today we had a chance to talk about an interesting real estate story out of Seattle. In what might have been reserved for a Halloween show, we talked about how we would market a home with a not so spotless reputation.

We closed the show today discussing transaction management. We were fortunate enough to be joined by Michelle Spalding with Transaction Management Consultants. Michelle discussed with us exactly what a transaction coordinator handles in a transaction and how they can be more cost effective than trying to handle those tasks yourself. Barry C actually wrote a post on the topic that can be reviewed here.
