On today’s show we had a big announcement from HomeGain and we were joined by two icons in the real estate and business fields. First we spoke to David Knox, the top real estate sales trainer, followed by a visit from Travis Greenlee, a world renowned business coach. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
Late last night HomeGain launched an Agent Blogging Network. Louis says of the new system, “The new Agent Blog feature signals a further move away from an emphasis on form leads and another step towards providing HomeGain’s Source4Sellers agents with a total HomeGain Marketing System”. We know that this is a great step for HomeGain and their clients.
Our first interview of the day was with real estate training icon, David Knox. David spoke with us today about how to overcome some of the most challenging factors facing agents today. He talked with us about how to prepare you buyers and sellers, how to price your property to sell, how to make sure your closing stays on track, and how to talk to For Sale By Owner properties.
Our last interview of the day was with Travis Greenlee from Travis Greenlee Consulting. Travis discussed with us his unique business coaching style. We talked about topics such as simplifying your business, outsourcing, building your brand, and how to use technology to your advantage.
