Our first story concerned how owners are starting to trash and strip their foreclosed homes. Next a story about Jose Conseco walking away from his upside down mansion, then onto a story from San Diego that explains the discrepancy in price between foreclosure properties and properties that are not distressed.

Our interview of the day was with Eddie Godshalk, author of Thriving in Today’s Real Estate Market. Eddie talked about his new book and about the real estate market in general.
