On today’s show we talked about the latest Barry C blog post regarding a recent DOJ lawsuit again the MLS board in Columbia South Carolina that alleges violations of the Sherman ACT. Also “America’s Number 1 Mortgage Broker“,  Brain Brady, joined us to talk about new lending guidelines. All of this and more on today’s episode of Real Estate Radio USA.We opened the show with Barry C’s new blog post titled, “The War Against The MLS Continues | The MLS Must Fall!“. We discussed in detail the Department of Justice’s new lawsuit against Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (CMLS) of Columbia, South Carolina. In our discussion, we pontificate as to what the ramifications could be if the DOJ succeeds in the lawsuit.

Our interview today was with “America’s Number 1 Mortgage Broker“,  Brain Brady. Brian joined us on the program to discuss the appearance of “redlining” in declining markets, the future of residential mortgage products, and what we can expect from Unchained.
