In the first one, titled “Are There More Than 50 People Blogging In Real Estate?“, we discuss the direction of the real estate blogosphere in general and talk about the direction that we would like to see the industry progress to. The next post we discussed is titled “Sometimes Ticking People Off Is Exactly The Intent“. In this blog post Barry C discusses the concept of contrarian marketing and how it is used. In response to some of the comments the post received, he wrote a follow up post titled, “An Example of Contrarian Marketing As It Relates To Real Estate“.

Our guest interview today was with Charlie Adams, author of “Stoke The Fire Within“. Charlie talked with us about how his sport broadcasting background gave him a unique perspective and led him into the motivational speaking profession. Charlie answered questions about how to stay focused and driven, inspiring moments he covered in his broadcasting career, and how a broadcast at the Philadelphia Museum of Art changed his life forever.
