On today’s show we talked about a couple of Barry Cunningham posts, one talking about how real estate investors can work with real estate agents, and the other talking about the new direction of the radio show and blog. Also joining us on the show today was Craig Proctor, a top salesperson and real estate teacher. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show today with a Barry C blog post, “A Change In Focus“, where we discussed Barry C’s Bloodhound Blog news and also how we were going to be making some changes on the radio show. The next part of the news was an article about an emerging technology that can be applied to real estate in a fun and interesting way. We discussed the fact that this kind of technology and research ability will become commonplace over the next few years.

Our guest on the program today was real estate trainer and ReMax top producer, Craig Proctor. Craig shared with us some of the many ways he has become successful and gave us some insight into his lead generation and marketing system. If you want to learn from the very best, and from someone that is actually in the market producing results right now, Craig Proctor may be a great source of information for you.

We closed the show today discussing another Barry C post titled, “How A Realtor Can Work With A Real Estate Investor“. In our new focus to include other real estate practitioners, we tried to educate real estate agents on how to effectively work with some of the most educated buyers and sellers in real estate, real estate investors.
