Real Estate Radio USA Episode 123

On today’s show we talked about the latest word out of Unchained and a recent blog post by Barry C about the demise of open houses. Also on the program today we were joined by our friend Mike Lefebvre who just won another real estate video contest and by Mike Collins from Rehablist.com. All of this and more on today’s episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with the latest news out of Phoenix and the people at Unchained. This is the first conference we have seen where people are actually using the tools being discussed at the conference. Between Twitter and YouTube, we almost feel like we are there.

Our first guest today was the award winning real estate video producer, Mike Lefebvre. Mike joined us to discuss his latest victory in the genre and also to talk about one of his prizes from a previous contest win, a day with Seth Godin. Mike shared some of Seth’s expert advice and gave us a firsthand account of what the marketing genius was like.

Our featured interview of the day was with Rehablist.com founder, Mike Collins. Mike spoke with us about his extensive knowledge in real estate investing, in particular wholesaling. He shared with us what he is seeing in the market and what he has been doing to stay on the top of his game.

We closed the show with a Barry C blog post titled, “Video Killed the Radio Star… Did It Kill the Open House As Well?“. We discuss Barry C’s declaration that the open house is dead and that the time has come for all to embrace video.

About Barry Johnson

Barry Johnson is a Co-Editor and writer for iNews. He takes a "no holds barred" writing approach to all of the subjects he covers. Opinionated, and with a well established sense of right and wrong, you can always count on him to tell it like it is. He gets his core values from growing up in the South, where God and Country are the prevailing themes. You may not like what he has to say, but know that he believes in it to his very core. As an editor, he will stand by each writer in their decision to take on controversial subjects and allow them to tell the story in their own unique ways.
