On today’s show we talked about the latest real estate news from the National Association of Realtors. Also, we had two interviews including Robert Luna from Diverse Solutions and “The Dean of Destiny”, Patrick Snow. All of this and more on today’s episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with the latest news out of the National Association of Realtors. It seems that Lawrence Yun has opened his mouth again and told everyone that areas such as Miami and Phoenix, areas hard hit by the foreclosure crisis, will appreciate more than 50% in the next 5 years.

Our first guest of the day was Robert Luna from Diverse Solutions. Robert spoke with us about his flagship product, an IDX Solution for real estate agents that offers many unique features. Some of these features such as the ability to use text messaging are being pioneered by Robert and his company.

Our final guest of the day was the “Dean of Destiny”, Patrick Snow. Patrick is the bestselling author of “Create Your Own Destiny“. He shared with us some of his secrets to success such as the four words he lives by, how to gets started on the entrepreneurial track, and how to transform your passions into a business idea.
