On today’s show we had a couple of outstanding interviews. The first interview was with 4realz blogmaster Dustin Luther and the second was viral marketing specialist and speaker, David Meerman Scott. Also today some national real estate news. All of this and more on today’s episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We opened the show today with an interview from Dustin Luther from 4realz.net. Dustin joined us on the program to discuss the NAR/DOJ settlement, what he is going to speak about at Inman Connect, his website layout and new widget, and also got an update on his seminars.

Our next interview was with bestselling author and viral marketing authority David Meerman Scott. David talked with us about the concept of online thought leadership, how to utilize technology to market yourself, and you can use press releases in your marketing endeavors. Don’t forget to see David when he appears as the keynote speaker at the NAR national convention in Orlando.

We closed the show with a real estate news story out of Massachusetts. It seems that the state is suing H&R Block for actually making loans to black consumers.
