We started the show talking about the purpose of the real estate blogosphere and what we perceive as a lack of true discussion about the real estate industry. Also a story about banks getting rid of properties at all time low prices and how this might signal the end of the real estate bust.
Our friend Daniel Rothamel from the Real Estate Zebra joined us on the program to talk about his new appointment at Inman. It seems Daniel will become Inman’s News Community Manager. Daniel talked with us about the new position and what his duties will be.
Also joining us on the program today was Larry Goins, real estate investment instructor and speaker. Larry talked with us about some of his investment techniques including how to negotiate will sellers, how to build your buyer’s list, the 3 clauses that should be in every contract, and the value of getting all of your contacts email addresses.
