Real Estate Radio USA Episode 136

On today’s show we talked about banks selling foreclosed homes at basement bottom prices, a story from Dustin at 4realz, and a couple of blog posts from the Barrys. Also on the program we interviewed Nick Bostic form RETech Coach and AgentGenius. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with news of lenders selling REO properties at bargain prices. And the best part about it, investors are coming back to the market and buying them. We talked about a city in Florida that has seen a spike of investor buyers, increasing the closed sales in the area by 41%. Also, Dustin Luther from 4realz broke the story about a change at Realtor.com allowing people to get a value on a property.

We cover two blog posts today. The first was written by yours truly titled, “Is Your Commission Worth Dying Over?” and covered the safety aspects that every real estate professional should have in the back of their minds at all times. The second article was from Barry C titled, “From Whoring Out The Governor’s Office To Whoring Out Real Estate“. This post talks about our favorite “John”, Eliot Spitzer who is making a run at real estate investing.

Our interview today was with RETech Coach and AgentGenius blogger, Nick Bostic. Nick talked with us today about what he sees as the best uses of technology and social media, how to utilize email in your marketing campaigns, and some basic concepts of green real estate.
