On today’s show we talked about a new study about real estate agents and marketing in addition to an interview with an REO agent out of Baltimore. Also today we were fortunate enough to interview Bill “The Coach” Sparkman, the real estate coach, speaker, and author. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the program with a story about a survey done about real estate agents and the marketing that they do. Next on the program a story from CNN Money about an REO agent just outside of Baltimore that is thriving in this real estate market. The subject of that article, Dave McIlvaine joined us to talk about how he got started in the REO business, how properties are priced, and what a typical REO agent is responsible for.

Our featured interview of the day was with trainer, coach, speaker and author, Bill “The Coach” Sparkman. In addition to his new book titled, How To Sell To An Idiot, 12 Steps To Selling Anything To Anyone, Bill spoke with us about his background in sports and how he got the name “The Coach”, how to stay motivated in a challenging market, how to achieve success in a short time though certain marketing programs, and how to spot and overcome complacency in our industry.
