On today’s show we talked about the latest out of our favorite economist at the National Association of Realtors. Also on the program two interviews today, the first with our SEO and internet marketing expert Mary McKnight and the second with Open Door Staging‘s Akanke Cadden. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with news of the recent comments by everyone’s favorite real estate economist, Lawrence Yun from the NAR. Larry gave a talk in South Florida where he was quoted as saying that the 3 month nationwide housing slump is a “short term phenomenon”.

Our first interview of the day was with Mary McKnight from RSSPieces.com. Mary talked, very passionately, about the situation between ePerks and Vlad Zablotskyy that has been brewing in the blogoshere. She also spoke with us about what kind of content real estate bloggers should be writing in their posts.

Our second interview of the day was with Akanke Cadden from Open Door Staging. Akanke answered all of our questions about home staging including why to stage, what you should look for in your home staging professional, and costs associated with this service.
