Join us this week as we interview the best and brightest stars from the real estate industry and the general business world.
Monday June 16, 2008 – Mark Eckenrode
Mark Eckenrode is a Master Guerrilla Marketing Coach and owner of Clickfluence, an internet marketing consultancy. Over the past several years Realtors, title companies, mortgage brokers and businesses in a dozen other industries have used my methods to attract and convert buyers using the internet.
While always interested in marketing, it wasn’t until 2001 when he had to painfully close the doors to his business that he embarked on a ravenous study of the science and art of market persuasion. He didn’t know it at the time but that moment changed his life and has impacted countless others. Mark know statements like that typically belong on those cheesy “buy this ebook and make millions” websites but it’s actually true.
He became one of a select few Master Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coaches in the world and a recognized expert in internet marketing and online persuasion.
Mark spent several years training and coaching real estate agents on low-cost, high-impact ways to grow their business, attract more clients, and make more money. One of his favorite and most popular methods was marketing real estate online.

Tuesday June 17, 2008 – Kim Kiyosaki
With a passion for educating women about money and investing, Kim Kiyosaki draws on a lifetime of experience in business, real estate and investing in her mission to support financial education.
She is a sought-after speaker, television and radio talk show guest, the host of a PBS ‘Rich Woman’ show as well as a columnist for WomanEntrepreneur.com.
She is a self-made millionaire and a happily married (but fiercely independent) woman. Her first book, Rich Woman – A Book on Investing for Women – hit the Business Week bestseller list the month it was released. Rich Woman is a bestseller in Mexico, South Africa, India, Australia and across Europe.
Kim has used the international forum of the Rich Dad brand to showcase the startling statistics related to women and money, and through Rich Woman and www.richwoman.com, has created a community where women can learn and grow.
Kim Kiyosaki entered the business world in a position with a top Honolulu advertising agency and by age 25 she was operating a Honolulu magazine that served the city’s business community. It didn’t take long for Kim’s entrepreneurial spirit to surface and two years later she ventured into her first business: A clothing company with national distribution.
Not long after launching that company, Kim joined Robert Kiyosaki as a partner in a company that taught entrepreneurial business throughout the world. That business grew to support 11 offices in seven countries, presenting business seminars to tens of thousands of attendees.
In 1989 Kim began her real estate investing career with the purchase of a small 2-bedroom / 1 bath rental property in Portland, Oregon. Today Kim’s real estate investment company buys, sells and manages millions of dollars in property.

Wednesday June 18, 2008 – Jennifer Allan
Jennifer Allan, the newest contributing author here at Real Estate Radio USA, is a top producing real estate broker, a published author, a speaker and a trainer. She has written five books about the business of selling real estate, including her flagship book: Sell with Soul: Creating an Extraordinary Career in Real Estate without Losing Your Friends, Your Principles or Your Self-Respect.
Her book shows new agents how to jumpstart their career so that they can experience success before they become discouraged and risk being just another real estate statistic.
Jennifer began her writing career after ten years of selling real estate successfully in Denver, Colorado. She was dismayed at the low level of professionalism she frequently encountered in the real estate industry and, with her “soulful” message, hopes to encourage the real estate community to self-correct the negative stereotypes of the profession.
She is a regular columnist at Realty Times and RE/MAX Times, and one of the industry’s most popular bloggers. She recently rejoined her former RE/MAX office as a broker associate and is thoroughly enjoying dividing her time between real estate sales, writing, and coaching.

Thursday June 19, 2008 – Chris Johnson
Self-described, Chris says he is a writer, a salesman, a father, a Christian, a Libertarian, and a marketer. I’ve been a real estate agent or mortgage lender for 7 years, so a lot of what I write here applies to that industry. I’ve got a bootstrapping ethos. I write about things that I think can help others. I have made about every mistake you can make, and I like to think that I’ve learned from all of ‘em.
And I want to help you not make them. I’m critical of myself, but I think that I’m going in the right direction.
Right now, I’m making a segue from being a Mortgage Guy in Westerville, Ohio’s Oldest Mortgage Company to running a club for New Market Survivors.
