On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including a change in the wait time for FHA loans and a couple of stories about professional journalism organizations reaching out to bloggers. Also, we interviewed Kim Kiyosaki, author, speaker, investor, and founder of RichWoman.com. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with a rule change from the FHA. It seems that the government is easing restrictions on seasoning issues for FHA loans. You can find the FHA document here.

Also in the news today, two articles concerning the crossover between traditional journalism and blogging. The first story explains how some professional journalism organizations are offering basic journalism classes to bloggers. The second story is specifically about some guidelines that the AP would like to put into place regarding the use of their stories by bloggers.

Our interview today was with best-selling author, speaker, real estate investor, and founder of RichWoman.com, Kim Kiyosaki. Kim spoke with us about women in real estate investing, how she got started, how her business grew, and what she feels are the keys to success for real estate investors today.
