Hi Barry,

I have been listening to your show for the past few days. I am intrigued with your discussion on the dirty word "vendors" and have had some similar questions that I posed on a post I wrote. I got only a few answers and a post was written in response about vendors as I believe it was leeches that need to be squelched. My personal favorite was "interlopers". Would love to share my questions and see if I can get some more answers:

 1. When does an internet prospect become your property?
 2. When does an internet advertising company infringe upon business you "would have otherwise had"?
 3. Do you ever consider offline marketing venues- newspapers, magazines, etc. to be interlopers to your real estate business?
 4. If a past client bypasses you and goes through a third party company- Relocation OR Lead Generation- should this be considered an after the fact referral?
 5. Which of these count as an interloper- Lead Generation companies, Relocation companies, Real Estate Social Networks, Referral Companies, Real Estate website vendors?

Thank you, an inquiring mind just wants to know:-)
Also, just an fyi to anyone who might be reading, using the words, "You People" regardless of whether you look service providers or not is going to get my back up.

Just sayin'
