On today’s show we talked about the latest happenings in the real estate blogosphere including a definition of “real estate professional” and all the talk about real estate vendors. We also interviewed Jennifer Allan from Sell With Soul. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We opened the show today with a some news from the real estate blogosphere. The first story was a post on AgentGenius that tries to define a “real estate professional”. The second is a culmination of many stories about the use of vendors in your real estate endeavors. The guys over at 1000 Watt Consulting have a great post that we think clearly defines the issue.

Our interview today was with broker, author, speaker, and trainer, Jennifer Allan from Sell With Soul. Jennifer spoke with us about how to use your Sphere of Influence without losing your friends, tips on getting referrals without asking for them, how to effectively “waste your time”, and why she wrote her book, “Sell with Soul: Creating an Extraordinary Career in Real Estate without Losing Your Friends, Your Principles or Your Self-Respect.”
