Also in the news we continued the discussion from yesterday about a blog post on Agent Genius talking about a discount real estate broker going out of business.
Our first guest on the show today was “The Meditation Pro“, Mordy Lavine. Mordy spoke with us about the basics of meditation, how it should be practiced, how often you should meditate, and the scientific studies showing meditation works.
