On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including a story about a woman selling more than her house and also more on the story from yesterday about competition. “The Meditation Pro“. Mordy Lavine was our first guest today, followed by JT Foxx. All of this and more on today’s episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with a story out of South Florida about a woman who was selling herself along with her home. Barry C chronicled the story in his blog post titled, “Long Suffering Realtor Finds New Way To Sell Home And Other Assets“. Also in the news we continued the discussion from yesterday about a blog post on Agent Genius talking about a discount real estate broker going out of business.

Our first guest on the show today was “The Meditation Pro“, Mordy Lavine. Mordy spoke with us about the basics of meditation, how it should be practiced, how often you should meditate, and the scientific studies showing meditation works.

Our next guest on the show is real estate investor, entrepreneur, and talk show host, JT Foxx. JT joined us on the program to share his real estate investing philosophies and how he views the current real estate market.
