On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including a promotion from Sony Pictures in association with the movie Hancock. We had a couple of fantastic interviews on the show today including Tim Harris from Harris Real Estate University and real estate investor Wendy Patton. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show today talking about marketing. George Sinacori wrote a post titled “Not Your Average !” about a promotion Sony Pictures in doing in conjunction with their latest movie release, Hancock.

Our first interview of the day was with Tim Harris from Harris Real Estate University. Tim was very open and candid when he spoke with us about such topics as why agents fear the current real estate market, tools real estate agents need to succeed today, and his views on the current real estate business models. We closed the show with a great interview with real estate investor, speaker, and author, Wendy Patton. Wendy spoke with us about no money down investing, lease options, how to thrive in a soft market, and real estate investors working with agents.
