What do they think is going to happen to the neighborhoods when the lenders can't find any list agents to list their properties?! I think that a bogus rule should be created or "discovered" after another "cursory review" is conducted which will allow the agents to counter-sue the local government for making such ridiculous, criminal, and damaging citations in the first place. it's amazing how the lowest man on the totem pole always gets the majority of the blame for anything in life.....................................Sad.
