Our guest today consisted of Bob Stewart from ActiveRain and Localism, Richard Swerdlow, the CEO of Condo.com, and finally Curtis Brooks who will be doing a seminar in South Florida this weekend regarding short sales. We started the show today speak with ActiveRain Community Evangelist, Bob Stewart. Bob joined us today to talk about the launch of their new site, Localism.com. Bob answered questions related to the site’s launch yesterday, their vision, and where they see the site going in the coming months and years.
Our next quest on the show was Richard Swerdlow, founder and CEO of Condo.com. Richard spoke with us about the state of the condo market across the country, the influx of foreign buyers, the main differences between single family homes and condos from a buyer’s perspective, and some of the exciting things that Condo.com are doing to expand their presence in the market.
We finished the show today speaking with Curtis Brooks, a short sale expert who is presenting an all star seminar this weekend in South Florida. The seminar is being presented in conjunction with BREIA and not only features Curtis, it will also include presentations by Steve Dillon and Robyn Thompson.
