On today’s show we talked with three distinguished guests.Â We had Todd Carpenter talking about upcoming events, Lisa Harr from Harr Seminars talking about the state of the market, and Sharon Restrepo from FLREIA talking about real estate investment strategies. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show interviewing Todd Carpenter, blogging and SEO expert. Todd joined us today to give us an update on a couple of real estate blogging events. The first event is the RE Bar Camp, taking place in San Francisco is a couple of days, and then he talked about RE Blog World coming up in September.

Our next guest was Lisa Harr from Harr Seminars. Lisa came on to speak with us about marketing that real estate agents should be doing to push their websites, how to court international buyers, and a lively discussion about going green in real estate.

We closed the show with real estate investing expert and founder of FLREIA, Sharon Restrepo. Sharon came on to talk with us about some of her recession proof investing strategies, how real estate agents and real estate investors can better work together, and her experiences with short sales.
