On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including the latest bank to be investigated, and the upcoming interview with Mary McKnight. Also on the program today we spoke with Greg Kosareff who was the subject of a recent Barry C post as well as best-selling author, Robert Shemin. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started on the show with the news about Wachovia being investigated by the Feds. This seems to be a trend we are going to see for some time, so check back often for updates. Also we wanted to remind everyone about tomorrow’s interview with Mary McKnight. After her last post on Active Rain, this one is going to be interesting.

Our first interview today was Greg Kosareff, an agent out of Fresno California, and subject of a recent Barry C blog post titled, “Smart Realtors Show Less Properties Make More Money”. Greg came on to speak with us about the things he is doing to market on the internet, how that has changed his business, what kind of return on investment he is seeing, and how he is handling his REO properties.

We closed the show with an interview with best-selling author, speaker, and investor, Robert Shemin. Robert came on to discuss his latest book titled, “How Come That Idiot’s Rich and I’m Not?”. Robert joined us to talk about his inspiration for the book, his background and how he overcame steep odds to be successful, and also some of his key strategies to becoming a Rich “Idiot”.
