On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate investing news including news ways to reach the masses online and we ask the question, “Why are you attending that seminar?”. Also on the show we interview Jim Cronin from The Real Estate Tomato and Pat Kitano from Transparent Real Estate. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show talking with Jim Cronin from Real Estate Tomato. Jim was just about to go onstage at RE Bar Camp, but had a few minutes to spend with us about what he has been working on, the new broker blogs they are rolling out, and what he will be talking about at Inman Connect.

Next we were joined on the program by Transparent Real Estate author, Pat Kitano. Pat spoke with us today about a number of topics including his talks at RE Bar Camp and Inman Connect, what he has been doing, and some new ideas he has he is calling “Real Estate Coaching 2.0“.

We closed the show talking more in depth about what we discussed with Pat about using technology to reach the masses and do presentations without having to make people go to a seminar or convention.  Barry C also wants everyone to ask this question before attending your next seminar or convention, “How will this make me money? And What qualifies you to teach me this?”.
