We started the show with a real estate news article about the City of San Diego suing lenders to create a “foreclosure sanctuary”. We talk about the ramifications of this action including the effect it will have on agents in the area.
Our first interview of the day was with Jennifer Allan, author of Sell With Soul. Jennifer came on to talk with us about her inspiration for the book, the four key foundations the selling philosophy is based on, and some mistakes that the book helps rookie agents avoid.
