On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including the “Housing Rumble” and its author Luke Mullins along with its first ever winner, Greg Healy from For Sale By Owner. Also on the program today we interviewed Tony Rubleski from the Mind Capture Group about his new book. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show today with the author of “The Home Front” on US News and World Report , Luke Mullins. Luke hosted the first ever “Housing Rumble” and we had the winner, Greg Healy from For Sale By Owner on the show to talk about it.

Also on the program today we spoke with Tony Rubleski from The Mind Capture Group about his new book, “Mind Capture, How You Can Stand Out in the Age of Advertising Deficit Disorder“. Tony talked with us about how we can learn from marketing message from the current political campaigns, how to counteract the resistance to marketing messages today, and finally ways to overcome the advertising deficit disorder.

We closed the show talking about a paradigm now facing many real estate professionals that have been marketing, blogging, and essentially setting themselves up as experts in their local markets. Now some customers are approaching them asking them questions while being represented by another agent. We will talk more about this in an upcoming blog post.
