Real Estate Radio USA Episode 166

On today’s show we talked about a few recent blog posts including a question that was raised yesterday on the program and the effects of the new housing bill. We had two interviews today, the first with Dwan Twyford from The Investor’s Edge University and the second with Steven VanDe Walle from Believe It Baby. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show talking about a blog post I wrote titled, “Can You Help Me Please Real Estate Expert?“. The genesis of this post came from a question that was posed on yesterday’s show about how agents should handle information requests from customers that are already represented by another agent.

Our first guest today was Dwan Twyford from The Investor’s Edge University. Dwan is known as the “Queen of the Short Sale” and has even written a book titled, “Short Sale Pre-Foreclosure Investing”. Dwan spoke with us today about different investing strategies, the latest short sale tips, and why investors should be buying in this market.

Our next guest on the program was Steven VanDe Walle from Believe It Baby International. Steven spoke with us about his personal story and how individuals can overcome adversity, his advice for people that are struggling today, and finally his mission of bringing literacy to the world.

We closed the show today with a blog post by Robin Sing-Cunningham titled, “President Bush Signs New Housing Rescue Bill But Why“. This was a follow up to her last great posts, “Do You Know The Facts About The New Housing Relief Bill“. We talked in detail about how this may be the largest government funded short sale programs in history.
