On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including a study commissioned by Yahoo Real Estate, and an interesting article out of Seattle regarding real estate blogs. Also on the show today we interviewed author, speaker and motivator, Charlie Adams. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show today with the poll results of a blog post on the Real Estate Radio USA site titled, “Can You Help Me Please Real Estate Expert?“. The poll results showed what we had feared, that consumers needs are being overshadowed by overprotective agents.

Today we welcomed back to the program author, speaker, and motivator, Charlie Adams. Charlie spoke with us today about what he calls the Five Essentials for Customer Loyalty. He goes on to explain them in details and how each has affected his like personally.

We closed the show today talking about a couple of interesting news articles. The first out of Seattle discusses the difference between “professional” real estate blogs, and those started by individuals outside of the real estate industry. The second we only began to talk about today and will go into detail tomorrow. It talks about a recent survey commissioned by Yahoo Real Estate regarding real estate consumers that use the internet.
